Which southern city has the best women?

I would consider SE Texas to be, definitely not north and western part of Texas. The state is that big

Per capita, I would say the quality is definitely up there with the best. Its like UGA, but they're dumber and they don't have the nerds weighing down the average rating.
Charleston, Athens, Nashville, Oxford...all up there. I've lived in Nashville and Oxford, so I might be biased
But my friends who visit Nashville from Louisiana can never shut up about the women when I bring them out on the town here.

I will use a very loose interpretation of the south for this thread. If the answer is in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Maryland, then let's hear it. (I doubt it will be though)
