Which Pokemon is your Favorite Pokemon? Which one is the most BAW?

If you could design a Pokemon out of IRL characters, what Pokemon is the MOST BAW?
Mine was always Blastoise because he was my start Pokemon.
But loved to collect others, esp Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno.

Favorite is Scizor.
