I took EDCI 1001 and remember half our final grade being a journal where we wrote down something we were thankful for once a day. You actually had to try to fail that class.
Still managed to put me in a good mood everyday so worth it.

We had a free drop in this class. I had a pretty safe A through the first half, so I decided the 3 week block between tests 2 and 3 could be skipped. But I also decided to not study for it at all, just to see how hard it would be to truly show up cold and test. I was a senior, this class was not required, and I was bored.
I think my 78 curved up to an 82 or something like that.

There’s a personal finance class. It used to be part of the family child consumer science department. Instant A

CLST 2090 with Warga. Guaranteed A without ever going to class.
If you actually want to learn something as a valuable takeaway from LSU and is an easy A, in which you can apply in the professional world take MGT 3200 with Sauley (GOAT).

This.
Intro to Library Sciences was another class that raises gpa.
Human Sexuality was an easy A, but I can't remember if it was an intro class.

I would imagine LSU has the same entry level classes as other schools. Probably some shite like univ 101. Anthropology?! Okay dr Jones.

If you take intro to psychology and have to go to class to make A’s, you’re a moron and should just go ahead and drop out and get a job at Burger King.

I took anthropology
The exact test questions were all on note swap so you never really had to go to class

Take philosophy with Blakely if he’s still there. You’ll hate it and fail and he’ll hate you.

I second this. It was barely harder than a middle school level geography class.

People who go to college with the mindset of the easiest path towards a diploma need not apply for college as they are only wasting their time and money. The reason for going to college is for continued education - meaning you actually learn something that will better prepare you for your future. If you are simply looking for easy A's, save your money.
To answer your question correctly IMO, of all the classes you've listed, I would take Economics, either micro then macro or Econ 2030 which is both. I took Econ 2030 in under grad fro my CE major and I also took macro a few years ago when I went back for my MBA and strongly believe both of those classes are worth the price of tuition. Neither were easy, but both were very enlightening and have helped me have a better understanding of how the world operates.
There is a Psychology class taught by Kerry Sauley called organizational behavior that is 1000% worth the price. He is one of my all time favorite professors at LSU and you will never look at people the same after taking his class.

If you get the wrong professor any of those could be difficult. Its all about the professor.

Same.
I remember test 1 having a question with a US map asking where was Seattle. There was literally one choice on the west coast so if you knew it was on that side of the US, you got the answer correct

music appreciation and one of the 1000 level dairy science classes were a couple of the go to easy A classes when and I was there, low level psych course and sex ed(I was the instructor,) too

Art appreciation was a great class. I know we like to joke about these core humanities courses, but I do think stuff like this is essential for a well rounded education. I actually walked out of that class with a new appreciation in art that is still with me 5 years later.
