We thought that was cool to say when I was in high school in 2005 so it’s at least 20 years.

agree - even if it’s old

The ‘old’ saying I hate is ‘solid’

‘That new beer put out by the local brewery is solid!’

Uh no, if it was solid you wouldn’t be able to drink it.

‘That birthday cake from that bakery is solid’ or ‘that new restaurant is solid’

CRINGE

Have you read the rest of the thread?

15 years is pretty much the latest example posted, even if it's 15 years old. OP used "rizz" for God sake

My niece started this crap with calling us BRO, so I started flicking her each time she did it. Broke her out of that trend pretty quick.

My nephew calls me bro too. I just thought he hadn’t figured out how to use the word but I guess they’re using it more broadly now.

I remember the first time that I heard "Chill Out"

But now I realize it was an offspring of the term "Cool Out" from the 60's

the word “Tuddy” for Touchdown. I think that takes the cake for me.

I almost beat someone’s arse on the Rant couple weeks ago for saying that, but he apologized so he lived another day.

Calling a song a banger.

Using the word “dropped” instead of “released”.
