Which is the best town in Louisiana?

This is simply to see everyone's opinion on which town in the entire state is the best? This is not intended to start a North vs South war or a NOLA > BR.
Best is defined by the people, the food, the scenery, the cleanest, the outdoors, the indoors, or any other attractive nouns including the women that make this town the best.
