if you had to go to BR next week

which is the better choice when getting off of I-10, to go about 2 miles farther down along airline hwy, Siegen Lane or Bluebonnet Blvd?

this will be mid day so im not talking about after dark

to clarify, im asking about which of these 2 roads, Siegen Lane or Bluebonnet Blvd, is the better choice to cross over from I-10 to airline hwy between 10 am - 11 am.

the rest of the route to my destination is settled.

EDIT - thanks guys, i'll use Bluebonnet and avoid seigen

Use the Waze App…who knows what traffic will be like on either of those streets when you come rolling in.

Like for a hotel to sleep there? Not Siegen.

You talking hotels? I’d stay off Bluebonnet. Both have great restaurant options.

Siegen is busy as hell but the traffic flows pretty well usually. Bluebonnet is more hit or miss, especially with the Jefferson Hwy construction.

Now if you are talking hotel and not just driving through, definitely Bluebonnet.

I mean it’s kinda like the old Mogadishu vs Jackson, MS argument. Neither one is particularly good.

That said, there are probably fewer shootings along Bluebonnet, so I’d go there vs Siegen if those are your only options.

I catch 12 half the time and get off at airline, its a little longer but if the interstate is moving it is usually faster. Of course, I check the GPS to make sure its not fubar'd

Siegen is probably one of the 2 or 3 busiest surface streets in BR.

Unless you are looking to take a nap at 2am behind Twin Peaks, I wouldn't worry about driving down it.

Just use Wayz when you're here. The road construction on Jefferson can make Bluebonnet back up quite a bit and it's very hit or miss. Siegen is busy but fast most of the time.

Yep. And the traffic actually moves.

Bluebonnet from I10 to Jefferson is a shite show now because of the construction.

Everything’s bitter with Bluebonnet vomit.

So Siegen.
