Which group of people is worse?

The people that leave baskets all over the parking lot at the grocery or the people that obviously don't need to be riding the motorized carts that do it for shits and giggles?
Both groups need to be put under the jail IMO. frick em.

Well there are people who are hired to collect the baskets in the parking lot.

The fat asses in the riding carts by far. At least the lazy asses that can't walk 10' to put a cart back helps create jobs for buggy boys. I rounded up plenty carts in high school.

What do you do when there are no return locations? Rouses in Youngsville doesn't have the little basket drop off things. And they still hire kids to go collect them from the parking lot.
