Any gas station on Siegen. The Circle K is probably the most depressing, but there's always at least 2-3 at all of them at all times.

That gas station on the corner of Coursey and Airline (Exxon I think) is pretty bad.
Some guy was pretty aggressively trying to sell me his rap CD there the other day. I'm a 43 yr old white guy in dress clothes. Do I look like a typical rap consumer?

In my experience it was always the racetrac on essen near I-10. Second is the one on Siegen

Used to be the Exxon at Florida and Acadian. The bus station is nearby, so they probably wander down from there.

Across the street on Highland/State waiting for a smoothie to be made at Smoothie King at the counter and had a 3 different homeless beggars in a matter of 5 minutes come ask me for change.

They are still there. I drive by every so often to check for a certain person. There was a near fight behind it at 5:25am a couple weeks ago. Two white folks walking with a bike and another non white human screaming in each other's face. Oh i was ready.
