I quit drinking years ago. I will have a glass on wine with dinner on occasion, or a nice whiskey every blue moon.
Weed has always been legal on my property.
It all but cured my ptsd and general anxiety disorder. Doctors had tried to give me anti-depressants and I declined. Cannabis for the win.

much prefer weed.... pure relaxation to me, and anything can be the most interesting thing ever for hours.

I agree. But I’m not putting my name in a database specifically made for people who use cannabis.
I hate that you have to register into a state monitored program.
One day I hope to be able to simply walk into a store and buy it like I do nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol.

I like a good body high from edibles, I'll eat a gummy and drink a couple beers and be chilled out like a mofo. It doesn't all make you paranoid. Try some different ones. Indica, sativa, and hybrid all hit you different

Find a lower level THC variant with a high CBD levels. It's no longer Sativa vs Indica with all the hybrids out there. It seems some growers just wanted to maximize THC levels at the expense of a good user experience.

A 5mg indica gummy with no CBD and an apple chased by a few beers is a good middle ground.

sativa gives me energy and doesnt cause paranoia. indica gives me paranoia in social settings. I would recommend delta 8, it's not as potent as regular ganj and i enjoy it.

Try something with Lemon or strains with heavy limonene terps. That's my go to for happy. Super Lemon Haze never disappoints. Be prepared to get a bunch of stuff done and be happy doing stuff you would otherwise hate doing. Like laundry or raking leaves. Super productive and bliss.

You can get some full spectrum edibles and flower in Louisiana now. Get a scrip from your doctor. There are also hemp flowers that will convert to 30% total THC when burned that will get you plenty full full if you want. Go to any CBD shop.

I love a lil' weed but I tend to feel it into the next day very often (IDK why, always been that way for me) and it can mess up my work weeks too easily so I far prefer alcohol
