Which city/state provides your ideal climate?

We live in Raleigh,we get 4 seasons, but 2 are cooler for my taste, I'm going insane with how long it takes for spring to arrive...
I need a warmer climate...when retirement rolls around.

I actually like the climate in Denver a lot...dry air is wonderful, whatever the temp is.

After Katrina I got a 1 bd for $900/month. The best part was my electricity bill was $17/month. I was paying like $150-200 a month for my shotgun in midcity.900 in rent but it was a 2 bd

I've lived in Asheville for the past 16 years, pretty good year round climate, but I miss the Texas heat and am in the process of moving back to Dallas.

What time of year?
Of course San Diego is pretty nice all year long, but summers up north are really nice with lower humidity and longer daylight hours.
But winters are nice in Florida, and other places in the South.
If I had no roots somewhere, I could see myself being one of those snowbirds, staying up north from about May- September, and South the rest of the time.
