Means NOTHING, tested 2.5X as many, death rating dropping, hospitals in no dire straits. Advocate is the press arm of JBE and the democrat party. They have to continue the fear and panic to try and get the mail in voting needed for them to cheat on NOV 3. This covid bullshite is as simple as that.

When multiple people test over and over again until they get their negative to return to work, school, etc..., they ALL get counted as NEW CASES. This entire thing is such a sham and LA gets what it deserves for re-electing this ambulance chasing POS.

They set some pretty unbelievable standards to maintain.
Fewer than 50 new cases a day.
They are testing 2500/day at public sites in NOLA. Not counting tests in hospitals. So they want a return of less than 2% to stay open.
