When I got vaccinated I pretty much did away with my mask.. Until I had to go to a doctors appointment about two months ago and everyone was required to wear one so I had to find another one. Then today, where I get my haircut, she started requiring people to wear a mask when the mandate was put back in place.. Her shop is in her house and she has a child so she says she rather be safe than sorry, with people coming in and out. She would rather avoid her son test positive at school and then all of a sudden his class or the school is in quarantine and then have to do the virtual learning shite which I understand..
Then at walmart I saw them turn someone around who didn't have a mask. Its not something I am going to make a big deal about, but I mean.... When your state has one of the highest rates of Covid and one of the lowest vaccine rates.. Logic says...

Why do you say it like it's some easily attained mark? You realize there isn't a state in the country at 80% yet, right? Only one demographic (65-74) is over the 80% mark.

This is moving the goalposts. This would be the exact same situation if 80% of Louisiana was vaccinated.
