Well call me crazy but I think it has enormous potential for success. Maybe I'm buzzed going through a quarter life crisis, and floating on an entrepreneurial pink cloud but I'm going to pursue it. I appreciate the constructive criticism.

You do realize that people in Nola and Lafayatte hate just about everything about BR
I have yet to understand this and really just feel sorry for these type of people. And you're exaggerating if you think both of those entire cities feel that way.

I did it 3 weeks ago in Houston and just for the range time it's very comparable to those around Baton Rouge. Especially if you split it between a couple buddies.
We did a bachelor party in Dallas not long ago, rented 2 bays for 3 hours and ended up staying an extra 2 hours. 11 guys and it cost us about 150 a person. That included unlimited beer and food. It was awesome. But BR could never support this long term.

Pickles would never let this happen

Valid points but I think you're underestimating how much BR and the surrounding areas (especially ascension parish) has grown and will continue to grow. I will find out soon if top golf's people agree with your assessment. Where there's a will there's a way Owl.

Wonder how you would feel if you hadn't adopted the "Texas is better than everybody" attitude.
Especially when it comes to Baton Rouge

I understand golf doesn't really appeal to Hispanics, so Im not surprised at your reaction, but you're being a huge negative nancy right now.

There isn't nearly the population to make this successful. I did studies of demographics and proposed business developers to push this into two major developments in south la and there was no where near enough users to be sustainable

1 in a 1,000. The preponderance of the Hispanic population couldn't care less about golf.

Yeah I had a blast there but unless it was a smaller scale version I can't see it working in b.r. There are three levels plus all the inside shite with tons of employees. I went on a Friday before noon and it was packed. Can't see this happening in b.r. On a consistent basis.

Trust me I'd love to have one in br or Nola but it just doesn't have the necessary amount of users to sustain long term success over years. I tried to propose this to two big time developers in south la and they investigated and said no "long term sustainability would be impossible"
