Where to find 3D printed statue or molds

Need to find someone to do a small statue for a campus. I know i can go the old route of injection mold concrete, but is there a place i can go with 3d printing that may be more cost effective?

South MS, whatever material would be suitable for outside climate down here, somewhat rigid. id say roughly 20-24" tall to go on top of a 3-5" brick structure.

Here in HOuston we have collaboratives where you can join these clubs and use their equipment (3D printers as well).
Check around and maybe there is something similar near you

20-24" tall will be more difficult... most 3d printers have a 200-300mm^3 capacity... I have a very large framed custom printer (500mm^3), and that can only do about 19.5". Now add in the time to build the CAD model... for a complicated piece you could be looking at some serious time and $$$.
