Where is the BLM support for this case?

Police Chief’s Son Charged in Attack on Sikh Man in California
After watching the video I am not sure how you can't call this a hate crime.

Becasue hate crimes are a stupid notion. Your race, ethnicity or religious beliefs don’t make you more of a vicitm than any other victim of the same offense.

They're a stupid notion, but not for the reasons you stated.
They're stupid because walking up and punching someone because you feel like it should get the same punishment/charge as walking up and punching someone because of their race.

I was more so referring to the fact BLM complains that unwarranted violence is stricken on them but yet this video shows a defenseless person is assaulted by African Americans without cause. but I forgot....they dindu nuddin

No, that just changes the motive. A broken jaw is a broken jaw, whatever the reason. I think they're just saying (as I would agree, and as Matt Stone and Trey Parker would agree) that you don't need "hate" crime laws for crimes that already exist. If a man kills another man because that other man was sleeping with his wife, did the first man not kill him because he hated the other man for sleeping with his wife?
These kids were full of hate, of whatever kind or intent. They beat someone up, and they should be punished just as equally as though the victim here beat the kids up (except two victims, so two counts)--because justice is, you know, color blind...allegedly.
