I would put [store brand] or generic macaroni & cheese or canned beanie weenies as the top of the trashy food chain

Never had an air fryer, but I imagine that still takes longer to cook than a ribeye. 2-3, maybe 4 minutes on each side depending on how thick....and you've got the best thing you can possibly eat. But, strictly speaking of trashy foods... you're right.

I still buy them from time to time. The combination ones are still some of my favorite late night snacks.
