When I grew up in NBR the line was Choctaw in the 1960's & 1970's. Plank road, Prescott & Mohican Airline & Plank, Hollywood, and Scenic Hwy were apart of NBR.

Recently, I have seen a few news articles written about events in Sherwood Forest and the Broodmore area calling these areas NBR. When I grew up these areas were never remotely considered NBR.

Where is the true NBR line today?

Geographically, North Blvd. and then Florida Blvd. once North ends is where the streets change from S. to N.

I'll give a vote for anything above Florida. I live between Govt. and North and the area is actually nice. A few blocks north and it's the hood

Anywhere the price of the rims =\> price of the cars.

People are seriously racist when defining the line.
