Its hilarious that a good portion of the heart rates posted in this thread are not even high enough to be on the chart.

I’m in the 46-55 range and my heart rate is excellent.

About 55-58 and 38 years old.

I will soon be 50 and mine is currently 61 in the excellent range but it sometime goes into the athlete range. The funny thing I am out of shape as crazy.

Lows 40s.
I have to make it clear to anaesthesiologist etc when I get a surgery.

Rocking the late 30s/40s stats with over 100.
But blood pressure is normal.
Yes, I am on the heavy side.
I better get my life insurance updated.

Mine is 56-58 at age 52. I walked 1800 miles last year though, usually in the heat of the day, so my heart has acclimated.

Why? You have no idea what some people do in their free time. I train for elite level cycling over close to a nine month period. I'm sure most others that posted low RHR do some high intensity workouts.

I got clocked in the mid 30s after a surgery in recovery. Drove the recovery nurse crazy.
When I'm in good shape and exercising right that's not odd for me.

I'm 42 and it's in the low 40's so I guess I'm a genetic freak/masterpiece.
Mine was in the low 40's/upper 30's in college when I ran cross-country. Now it's about 55 at age 39.

Usually in the 60s according to my Apple Watch. Unless I do cocaine then it hits 120

Pretty easy to prove, just post a pic of your fitness tracker.

I’m 30 and my resting is usually 90’s to low 100’s.
Posted on 8/10/18 at 4:24 pm to TechDawg2007
I’m better than athlete.
Stay around 48-50 bpm.
I’m 24/ 5’11/185
I also scored “superior” on my last physical fitness exam

My resting rate is between 95-105
I am 5’9 and 130 pounds so don’t blame it on me being a fatty
I have ectopic atrial tachycardia
Doc says it is benign in my case
I have zero trouble hiking running excercising etc
I can’t feel my heart race
