32 and in the mid 40's. Definitely genetic because my 55 year old dad is the same.

According to my Samsung gear fit, my resting heart rate is between 48-52 at my desk job*.
*I don't wear it at night to get a true resting rate.

Mine used to be in the low 50s, maybe like 3 years ago when I would run a lot. It's in the 70's now because I try to avoid doing too much cardio.

No. I do a lot of CrossFit style workouts, swim a lot, and run about 15 miles per week on average
