Where did the Indians poo-poo?

Some old man up here at work has been asking this question for years.
He said we know everything there is to know about the Indians except where they poo'd.
He said he was at a tour of some Indian ruins and the tour guide couldn't answer the question.
Anyone here know the answer (with proof)?

Well...I'm guessing they didn't poo nearly as much as fatty Americans today since there wasn't easy access to buffets and such. I'd imagine they were smart enough to shite various places in the wild outside of there village much like animals do.
