I did. You have to sign up for their email list. I wish they listed them there. I don't want some cocoa puff emailing me.

he probably is causing more people to sign the petition by bitching about it constantly and sounding like a child than he would if he kept his mouth shut.

You're doing that........with this very post

First, I never once whined. In fact - check my post history - I never really cared about SG until I kept seeing YOU throw hissy fits in every SG thread. All I did initially was ask questions.

Second, you're apparently so afraid you'll have a crappy life you've been crying about the possibility of SG for months on here.

You obviously don't comprehend what "calling out" means.

That's the irony of all this. I can seriously think of SEVERAL people who want to sign now because of his posts.

LOL at anyone who wants to sign a petition to create a city because of some random's posts on frickin tiger droppings.

This is the biggest problem with this whole SG idea.

How much maturity would you expect from someone who claims he's going to take his ball and go home if the big kids don't let him have his way?

Call it whatever you want...but his insistence on defending a crappy local government raised my eyebrow and caused me to pay attention. I quickly realized old money is trying to trump self-determination and in being consistent with my personal political beliefs I came to see SG is a good idea IN PRINCIPLE and I'd be willing to pay higher taxes if it meant better schools for my kids.

It is my understanding that signing the petition is to allow the people within the unincorporated area to vote on whether it might become a city if they get at least 25% of the registered voters in the area to sign the petition. Signing the petition does not mean that you support St. George.

Keep oozing those ad-hominem attacks. Makes you look mature as well.

That is my understanding as well. But if you not for this, why would you want the opportunity to vote on it?

Actually it's 25% of the registered voters within the SG area.
