About once a month. I see a therapist long distance over Facetime. His office has never gotten to the digital age. His receptionist sends me a typed invoice with a self-addressed envelope. I write out a check for his fee, place it in the envelope, and send it back via USPS.

Month ago to a local auto repair shop. If you pay anything but cash they charge extra for the fees.

Yesterday. At the grocery. Although they scan it now, don’t e ven have to write.

I was at Sprouts a few years ago and a lady was trying to pay by check. The cashier had no idea what to do. Had to get the manager and they still couldn't figure out the check scan thing.
I'm old enough to remember writing checks at restaurants.
Most people probably didn't know this but you could write checks at some fast food places. In college, I wrote them at McDonalds a few times when I didn't have cash. This was late 90s.

Sunday. I write a couple a week.
I take multiple a week as well. I order getting paid by check then credit card.
I can deposit them from my phone and no 3% fees.

Once a year every July for Hunting Club dues. Every other bill is paid electronically. Don’t typically have to pay a fee if set up through ACH instead of using a card
