You don't need votes when your team is counting the votes.

People just like yelling into a space they feel safe.

She pissed off a lot of people in The East this week. Starting to believe she might not get re-elected.

I’m sure she’ll be re-elected
So maybe 5-6 years

The incumbent mayor of NOLA hasn’t lost an election since 1946.

I really hope that changes next year.

No, but if you mention who voted her in and why.

The spineless cowards here will all cry..."that's racist" and hit the report button.

They deserve what they get.

Some people actually think she’s doing a good job. Not sure what they see. She’ll win again, watch.

100% this. The folks on the uptown neighborhood facebook groups here bitching and moaning about things like car break-ins and dog poop not picked up, etc...

Dude I know of got a weapons charge or two recently, $400 bail and allowed to leave jurisdiction. WTF do you think the dog poop ticket guy gets? ZERO. Why? Because all these Preuax-Jeaux types elect officials soft on crime and this is what happens.

I have been sharing this article with every person that I meet who thinks this in hopes that it changes their minds.

ETA: of course NOLA.com had zero coverage of Latoya’s handling of the Wisner trust.
