It’s just like our preacher said one Sunday... 10% of whites are racists and you will not change their mind , 10% of blacks are racist and hate whites , but the other 80% of us work, go to school together , kids play sports together etc. we get along and respect each other

I disagree. Just go to north Baton Rouge and see how rampant the drug culture is. AND it’s where the majority of crime comes from.

Make no mistake, the majority of the black community LOVES racism

Let's just do a quick history recap. There were hundreds of years of slavery, 100 years of segregation and Jim Crow, decades of the Drug War, all running consecutively, and there are still people who deny racism is still a significant part of America today. This is willful.
This is the primary part where you're off. I think anyone denying the total existence of racism within any country is being foolish. However, acting like it's a major, significant part of everyday life is being equally foolish regarding American culture. How many people on this board can point to everyday, actual events of legitimate racism they have experienced? We'll hear a few I imagine, but I also imagine the overwhelming answer will be no.
Social media in general has a habit of making things, racism included, appear more prevalent and severe than they really are. If you gauged America off of Twitter or Reddit, then Trump shouldn't have won in 2016, nor should it have been close.

Because it gives them something to talk about and when something happens to one of their own they feel free to destroy and steal shite that doesn’t belong to them.... I will never understand ANY video I have seen where a black person joins a riot and throws a brick through a window or starts a fire and then throws his hands in the air like he just accomplished something. But when the cops DO show up he runs away like the coward he is. Those are facts and I’ve seen it too many times.....

Sometimes I wonder if it wouldn’t take a completely segregated society. Let the ones that want to make their own segregated community with zero whites.
But they have to make all their own services. No evil white things /s like Electricity or sewer systems
Have them have their own state, and their own constitution and laws.
See how they do.

Using recreational drugs is a human right, no different from speaking one's mind or owning a gun.

When will the black community say that America is no longer racist

When it is nearly all Afro-American populated

Ok. But how about killing someone. And YES there is plenty of that in north BR.

They are already sidestepping it.
Remove all possible angles of oppression and they’ll just say they are held back from accumulating generational assets and culture from past events.

The US will not be racist only when blacks are the majority and in control
Actually we had a black president with a black ag and in a black city with a black mayor and a black da and a black police chief a black cop drove a van that killed a black man named Freddie Gray
You guessed it .... racism

The second step (And probably the most important step) is love one another and stop victimizing each other.
This somehow got glossed over. This is the most important thing. When you have 80% of the under 30 population that views the world as theirs to take what they can get away with, you won't ever solve the problem. That's how you get Chicago black on black violence rate you have. Or the crime in the hood you see. It's not simple drug busts like everyone wants you to think it is. It's brutal home invasions, armed robbery, theft, murder, assault. Basically if you aren't a hard target, you're to be taken advantage of. Literally the law of the wild where the strongest survive.
It's sad because the simplest solution to getting ahead in America is to have a steady job, Get and stay married or don't have kids out of wedlock, and finally to avoid illegal activities. If people would just follow that model there is a high chance they will be able to move up on the economic ladder. But it's hard work. It's hard to get up and do the right thing day after day when most of your other friends are working on their lottery ticket. If only the black people who have worked their asses off and succeeded would look and help the rest sharing this 'secret' then maybe we could see much less poverty. But they don't. They don't because they'll have to face down the people in their own race who will ostracize them and call them all kinds of names including the worst which is white.

Reparations would be the common response among the AA community, but when that money runs out in 2-3 years, it will go right back to today’s narrative. To answer the question, it will never happen.
