Sometimes people don't age really well.. Once you start approaching 40, it gets hard to even recognize some of the people you went to high school and college with, if you don't see them on a regular basis.

My brother and I are a pretty good example.
He's older. Bit of a nerd, short and has always been overweight. He works in a factory now and has a fairly small house in the rural town we grew up.
I'm 6'4" about 220 (really I am), was always very athletic, went to school on a golf scholarship. Now work as a broker and make a pretty good living in a suburb of Memphis and have a very nice house.
About the only thing my brother and I have in common are our parents.

My wife is much better looking than her sister.
They are also completely different people personality and demeanor wise. Its crazy they're even related.
