I think the issue is no governor wants to be first to open up. Then if a few ppl get sick he gets blamed.

I feel like in smaller cities with a population of say less than 50k you will see them opening back up in mid April. For larger cities it could be any time in May.

Honestly, we do not see a reason for it to happen in April. To go and delivery is just paying a few bills at best. I'm lucky to be working for a chain that was going well. Mom and pop places are going to go under

I say it won’t be before May 1st. It’s not as simple as just opening the doors back up. The restaurants will have to hire/train staff again, stock up on more food, and will need to be inspected before they can open up to the public.

Yes some will. No need to worry about maybe losing a license if you're going to go bankrupt and have to close the doors forever otherwise. You open up and dare the state to do something or you find something else to do. Some will open.

One tried that here and they cut power to their building. Lost all food in cooler & freezer after that
