They can open up everything they want, but people aren't going to go as long as lots of people are still getting sick.

My guess is end of April. Although. Any restaurants will probably slowly phase back to normal. Meaning only allowing certain amount of customers in originally.

That would kill our country twice over, to save a handful of at risk people who could help their situation by staying home? GTFO YOU DISGUSTING MEDIA SHEEP

sounds about right. I've had a hankering for Chinese. Not trying to be funny.

Some restaurants will start defying government orders within a couple of weeks and, rest assured, they'll have customers.

For Louisiana I would:

(1) Restaurants can open April 13th, reservations only. Capacity limited to number of chairs, disinfect tables between customers. No hanging out in a waiting area.

(2) Policy - scan credit cards at the start of the meal. Anyone coughing in the restaurant will be immediately asked to leave, no questions asked, no refunds

(3) Bars, capacity limited to number of seats. Ensures no super packed dance clubs or lounges.

No they won't.

Unless they want their licenses pulled.

There’s a lot of local small places that won’t make it if it goes much past April 13th. Big local restaurants and local chains will come open back up.

The Chinese restaurants have been hit hard since many of their suppliers are overseas
