Do you think you have peaked and if so at what age? No set metrics just when you thought you were peak you.

Pulling tail?

ETA....and I guess my answer would have to be non-specific: most probably one of those late 20s years that I can't remember very well.

I honestly think I was peaking from a mental and physical standpoint in March 2020. Then the shutdowns started happening and I have not yet been able to reestablish good habits that I once took for granted. So age 30. 31 has been tough tbh.

Physically?

28

Mentally?

Growing everyday; I'm not as quick as I once was, but wisdom and knowledge makes up for processing speed.

People who come to terms with their peakness are 1000x more mentally stable than those who have yet to come to terms.

Take Hitler. Failed as a painter and as a political theorist. Couldn’t handle it. Took over Europe. We had to go and fight a World War because he couldn’t come to terms with his life plateauing.

Depends on what I peaked at.

20s, young dumb and invincible. Lucky I lived through them. But met some great friends and dodged some fun bullets.

Late 20s early 30s I was a shite-show but any given week I could have the time of my life and bag a different OT 7 six of the seven days a week. But I could also piss off my probation officer and spend 7 days in OPP.

Late 30s I have a beautiful wife and healthy baby boy. Own 3 nice vehicles, have 3/4th a million equity in a home, have a solid career making more that I deserve and the sky is the limit.

When the neighbor girl was changing into her bathing suit. I was 11 or 12.
