Like I said correlation doesn't equal causation. That's like saying everyone who got brain cancer last year had a cell phone, so there fore cell phones cause cancer.
My biology teacher in hs said we were all going to get tumors for using cell phones.

I eat nothing but fresh food, and a lot of it, for like $200/month.
I don’t know where you shop that buying fresh food only costs $200/month. I’m single, shop once a week and it’s $100.00 or very close. I’m only buying fresh fruit, veggies, etc.

Because I’m paying for people’s Medicaid so I would rather and seek to educate when possible living healthy lifestyles. It is a benefit to nearly everyone

Maybe because obese people cost everyone lots of money kn insurance cost both public and private.
They also are not capable of defending the country should it be needed.
I think its hilarious the poliboard has a bunch of guys claiming to be ready for a civil war, yet their fat arse calls walking to the mailbox exercises.

It's not a cost difference issue, it's a time issue. No one wants to spend the necessary time cooking, cleaning, deciding what to make tomorrow, eating leftovers for lunch etc. People just want to hand over $5-10 for a paper bag full of plastic and crap food, 2 to 3 times a day, then throw the trash away. Often right out their car window.
Lol, I pass 2 Popeyes on the way home from work, lines out into the fricking highway.
So not only are you going there between 5-6pm traffic. You are waiting for fricking ever to get that food.
That's probably an hour+ rt there.
Meanwhile I'm throwing naked tenders in my air fryer that are done in 12 minutes and cost less.

The China study has nothing to do with the vaccine. Wtf are you talking about. Do you even know what the China study is?

Okay, how are you going to get people to change their habits? The ones you are talking about probably aren’t on TD.
Appreciate your sentiment but really, what can you change?

See above. I definitely don’t fit that category and I don’t wear tin foil hats either.

Didn't they try to ban certain size fountain drinks?
Also other countries don't have hfcs in their sodas. Which is highly addictive. Yeah it tastes worse, but drink water instead then.

Everyone used to smoke. Once, as a society, we decided to tell people how bad it was for you most people stopped. A shite load of people my parents age smoke, I don't have a single friend or acquaintance my age that is a smoker.
We should promote the same thing with health and fitness from both a national policy and as individuals. A healthy and educated society helps everyone

Prob depends where that guy lives, I hit up bogo at Winn Dixie all the time.
Never spend $100 at the grocery unless I'm getting alcohol too.
I load up on canned green beans, under $1.
I also completely stopped eating cereal. In the am ill have boiled eggs, cheap, or some yogurt, cheap, or eat an avocado, cheap.

It is now estimated that the US spends $190 BILLION on obesity-related healthcare yearly.
This is a problem that is worsening yearly.

Don’t have a Kroger and not going to get a Costco membership because I’m hardly ever on that side of BR. I’ll continue to shop where I do as it works for me.

You have Albertsons and Winn Dixie there.
What shite are you buying for $100 a week as a one person and not wasting food?
You got neighborhood Walmart too, there is one by my work. I'll go grab under $3 salad there for lunch. A restaurant that would be like $8.99+

Here's the thing, for your average American, they aren't necessarily fat because of eating fast food everyday. Sure, you have those people who's diet consists of either fast food or doritos, cheez-its, cookies, and soda. But those are extremes.
When you get to the extreme, you'll see something more like
Monday: Hamburgers and fried
Tuesday: Tacos
Wednesday: Spaghetti
Thursday: Fried Or Baked chicken w/ mashed potatoes
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Applebee's or some other restaurant
Sunday: Big Sunday dinner meal
The problem isn't fast food imo. The problem are people actually knowing how to eat a good healthy balanced diet.
