Yeah, I'm not talking about running to Home Depot in the middle of a project or yard work... even just ppl who go out to dinner, or catch a game at Walk Ons etc... just hanging out in public, ppl should want to shower and look like they feel alive on the inside.

I feel like you've moved the goalposts quite a bit in this thread
Just tell me how to dress goddammit

Would like the OT's thoughts on why the majority of ppl simply dont seem to give a shite these days
Because no one is allowed to shame people anymore or hold them accountable for their shitty appearance. It's now called bullying. It's total bullshite.
I should be able to call someone out for wearing pajamas to buy a cell phone.

I don't care how you dress. But the meme about dressing for the job that you want is true.
I do get freaked out by people that go on flights in their pajamas. Not sure when that shite kicked in.

Man I have to be tucked in, leather belt. Untucked shirts and wearing jeans/pants w/o a belt, I can't take it.
I am talking if he is doing yard work around the house, he has a t shirt tucked into gym shorts.
On his boat, his shirt is tucked in
The man is a machine

Unfortunately, I have to agree and am part of that generation....is a pretty worthless lot. Have pi$$ed away untold wealth, undermined countless institutions, and led the charge of moral decay

No. I realize my place here. Can't state too much of an opinion in the OT when you have a vag*na.

ah yes. Overpriced workout wear is the new collared shirt. Strange times we live in.
Their golf shirts are the best on the market.

Is not?
Just because I get out of bed in the morning and go out before taking a shower, doesn't mean I don't "feel alive on the inside".
What a dumbass statement.
Why does how other people look bother you so much?

I wear a suit four days a week, and a polo with slacks on Friday. That's only because I work in one of the last professions that emphasize it, and the old guard hasn't moved on yet.
If it was up to me, I would wear a suit for client meetings/court, and I would wear casual clothes the rest of the time.
I've told my wife repeatedly that if the day comes where I luck into a fortune, I will never wear a suit again unless it is for a wedding or a funeral.

Khaki shorts, tucked in collard shirt
I have never seen a shirt tucked into shorts that looked good.
If you want to class up shorts, best to go with a sweater.

Can we discuss how trashy golf shirts are* in this thread or should I start a new one

Best to just stick to pants

I think she was including going out to dinner and catching a game at Walk Ons with the "hanging out in public" comment.
If you don't know how to dress appropriately for certain situations, then it probably can't be explained to you.

No - they are one in the same.
And yeah, if you roll out of bed with jacked up hair looking hung over, you look like you've been hit by a mack truck. What's hard to understand about that?
