re: When did flight attendants stop helping with luggage

All FA’s with the big 3 suck. Yes, they are glorified waitresses with attitudes. Anyone can go thru their “training”. I’d rather personally fly a Cessna 152 to California than on American.

United Gold status. Always on the plane early enough to put my bag above my seat.

I’d also say the top signs of mental weakness is seeing grown men road rage or lose their shite in an airport/plane. I’m guessing there is more to this story. You were probably drunk and becoming somewhat unhinged because the world wasn’t going perfectly your way.

motherfricker you paid for the service of the airplane getting you from one place to another safely. I don't recall complimentary lifting of your own shite being listed in the fare details.

It was never really their job. And a lot of airlines have instructed FAS to not do it anymore because of workmen comp claims from twisted backs add to that that the flight attendant hours don’t begin until the plane is pushed back from the gate and explains a lot of the attitude.
