She’s establishing that her sexual market value (SMV) is higher than yours and that she can easily control the relationship because she classifies you as a “beta” (for lack of a better term). She inevitably will either leave you for a better mate to satisfy her sense of hypergamy or grow complacent and miserable until your relationship is sexless and humdrum.

So far in this thread almost all the posts have been how folks would respond to her.
My take on a statement like that, is that she's profoundly insecure, probably in many areas, but specifically where she is bragging.
In my life, I cannot think of anyone who is truly confident and talked about themselves in that manner. Further, almost everyone that I know, that brags in that fashion, is insecure about a lot of things. And the area in question could be appearance, intelligence, income, the list goes on and on. They're practically drawing you a map to the source of their insecurities.
