You don’t have to prove purchase in order to claim prize? That’s what I always thought.

You can call or mail a request in to McD’s corporate and they’ll send you a game piece for free.

Otherwise it would be a lottery which are typically illegal outside of the state-run programs.

How do some of yall get through a fricking day without the OT advising you on how to breathe?

No purchase necessary means you email or mail the company and they will send you a game piece no charge.

If money has to change hands to participate, it becomes a form of gambling subject to a myriad of regulations or outright banning. By making it free they bypass all that. Most people will buy something anyway.

When it comes to McDonald's specifically, it just means that if you know and/or bribe the guy responsible for distributing the game prices, he'll just hook you up.

In fairness to the other guy, that one was pretty easy to Google if you were among the 3% that somehow honestly didn't already know how that works.

No shite, I mean some of these guys are like "Hey guys, just took a dump and I'm wondering, is there a way to prevent my underwear from getting covered in shite when I'm done?"

I wonder if Ronald would commit suicide if the winning boardwalk or whatever was given away by this loophole thing.

It might be something that they have to put on it, in order for it to be legal? Or that if someone finds a winning whatever... And didn't get it from a purchase, they can still cash it in?

Yes, they by law can't require a purchase , so they MUST let it be known that a person get an entry for free.

Well considering I copied/pasted the exact text of the OP into Google and the first result was an exact explanation of this...

Can anyone tell me what the weather's going to be like tomorrow ?
