Guys,
When MILs go ape shite crazy (crazier than most times), watch out for the target of their scorn.
We went through this with my MIL and she was so nasty to my husband that he came down with Shingles. Fortunately in a weird way we had both been in the oil industry and we knew stress and had friends come down with Shingles symptoms and not realize early enough what the problem was.
We got my husband on the right anti-viral within a day of the bumps and itch appearing and it was controllable.
Family members can do so much damage, physical and mental. Spouses have to be there to protect the ones we love and eject those who've earned ejection.
