Just make sure "she" is a "she". Otherwise, some touchups are, for the most part, normal in today's society.
In fact, we have some friends that the girl has a big ol hook nose, and she would have done well for herself to have fixed that years ago.

When I was dating years ago, it was always a plus. 6s went to 8s. Girls who always had that arse now had the full arsenal.

Believe me, plenty of women have cosmetic stuff done that most people have no idea about. The duck lips, surprised face, clown tits, etc. are all examples of people going overboard.
Also, if someone used to be unattractive and now was very hot, I'd certainly not call that BAD plastic surgery. Lotta people walking around with honkers on their face that could look pretty damn attractive if they got it taken care of.

People are so mean about noses, it’s kind of shitty.
I mean...yeah she might have a bigger nose but I’ve never seen THAT drastic a change when a chick has a nose job
