Another vote for Metamucil. I started about a month ago with one spoonful a day mixed with water. Impressive results.

Getting old sucks.

I don’t have any issues with that, but a Giant bowl of oatmeal will certainly do the trick…

On the days I eat nothing but meat and top it off with shite food... I crave the cucumbers

I ate like 40 jalapeno poppers the other night I don't think I eat healthy.

I just try to eat some green and purple to offset all the meat.
