Thats a guess on the max based on 225 reps.

Bad rotator cuff = no heavy lifting... At least not heavier than 225.

I have a muscular build and 6'6 in height. Always had natural strength and on top of that I worked out hard for years and played college football so even though I only work out occasionally now my strength has stuck with me.

At my best it was 315/165. Haven't maxed in a long time. No reason to.
