That gravy you mentioned is pretty hard to beat.
However a good brown gravy is really awesome too. Not talking about a brown gravy mix out of an envelope, I mean something that you made with the drippings from a good piece of meat with some sautéed onions and stuff in it.
Something you'd pour over a big pile of rice. Now I want some rice and gravy.

Saw an old fisherman putting it on sliced Tomato with his breakfast at Bayside Marina in Leesburg years ago.Been doing it ever since.It's a good combination.
