There are some Chinese people that have a lot of money and want to buy land in the US. Congrats, I solved your case.

Truly though, as more states ban foreign individuals from buying US land I suspect they are going to ramp up their efforts increasingly to buy while they can in the states that will allow it.

Buying US land is one of the better ways for them to get their money out of China and keep it so their government can’t seize it. That and they probably want to take us over by 2150….they play the long game.
