Morning coffee, cream, sugar, spoon left near coffee maker dripping with all that grossness. Working on getting the spoon in the washer, then my next goal will be cutting the sugar. I think this will take me ~20-25 years to correct.

Mine can’t close a cabinet door to save her life. Who the hell forgets to close the door they just opened?

Most women are messy in general, not necessarily dirty but messy. I'm constantly aggravating the shite out my wife and daughters about being neat.

My husband does -- always leaves his bathroom drawer open and it drives me nuts. ALL open drawers drive me nuts.

I do the same thing Eli, gf now leaves any cabinet drawer she touches open and leaves hair ties all over the place

I just can't wrap my head around being completely unconscious of the last step in a task. You were able to open the drawer/cabinet/whatever, you were able to take out or put in the thing(s) that you had in mind, but then, boom, your brain is on to the next thing. I actually get furious. It's not healthy how angry I get about this.

I'm actually a lot worse than my wife about leaving cabinets open. Neither of us are bad about drawers but holy shite...

even though my wife is an amazing cook so I don't really complain.

This is why my husband and I have separate bathrooms
Also....my bathroom is really tiny so I also have a vanity set up in another room to do my hair/makeup. And as I’m sure you can imagine....is not a neat and tidy space.
My husband knew from the get go I wasn’t a neat freak. We pick our battles wisely with one another. My messy vanity....apparently not a battle worth fighting to him.

I won this fight. One day while she was at work, I went through the house and opened every door, drawer and cabinet. Left stuff hanging out of every one too. She acted like she didn’t notice it at first and I didn’t say anything. It was a tough couple of days but finally I won. She closed them all and they have stayed shut since.

Half empty drinks everywhere.
