That bridge could use a good pressure washing and fresh coat of paint.
Makes sense to do it while I-10 is already a clusterfrick during the upcoming construction.

I've been on that catwalk and outward beams before. You can walk to either side of the interstate on the concrete supports. We once sat up there and dropped beer bottles on barges passing beneath.
