What’s the wildest thing you’ve even seen in person

I was walking out of a convenience store once and saw a woman pull out in front of a motorcycle. Poor guy flew 100 feet through the air to his own demise. It’s not one of those things I saw coming. I looked that direction at the precise moment of contact. This guy went from Alive to dead in less than 2 seconds and I saw it. I was on my way to a job with my brother, who has some mental health issues, and he immediately told me he wouldn’t be able to work that day after seeing it. I didn’t have time to deal with what I saw because I had to take care of him. The event still comes up between my brother and I.

Back at LaTech I saw a guy bounce out of a dumpster after he jumped off the roof of Neilson dorm. GF and I had just returned early from partying. I was talking on the phone with my parents as a 20 year old intern in DC, and I saw a guy who was entirely too well dressed to be homeless pull down his pants and start masturbating in the entrance next to a major research hospital and a metro stop.
If any of you have lived in DC, I bet you’ll know exactly where this is, the epitome of a safe place.

I was at a friend of a friend’s house at a party. A guy I knew and who had hung out with us maybe a dozen times showed up looking distraught. My friend walked over to him and asked him what was wrong, I walked up behind my friend. The guy didn’t say a word, he just pulled out a pistol and shot himself in the head right in front of us. I got sprayed with blood. It really felt like it happened in slow motion.
