With a few rare exceptions it's the following streets generally in this order:
MLK
Any President
Any State
MLK
Any President

Not LA, but my wife and I left a Padres game late last summer, and I followed google maps back to the hotel. I look up and find myself in a tent city. A tweaked out women is walking on the street, blocking traffic. My wife flipped her shite.

It is always the small side streets off the main scary streets that are the worst
