Congratulations! After so many opinions it is apparent that you have alot to think about.

I use the bifold alligator wallet from the insta-gator ranch. They supply Neiman Marcus with its wallets.

I’ve been using a clip for 10+ years. They can still get too big. The Ridge I have now is huge, and then I put an air tag on it. I did better with a little leather one that could only stretch so much.

I have a Kings Loot as well. High quality and I was able to add an air tag to it which is occasionally convenient.

I recently switched to the card holder type and I do like it better. It forced me to consolidate and get rid of half the useless cards I had in a bifold. Ridge and Proof make good ones you can often find on sale.

I usually put it in back pocket and sit, does the plastic or metal feel uncomfortable?
Should probably stop doing this with any wallet, leather or hard. You're going to give yourself spine back & spine issues. Especially on long commutes or long periods of sitting.

I wouldn't recommend as a back pocket wallet.

Same. Tears up pants pockets and car seats.

Its a wallet. I've had the same shitty fake leather wallet I bought in college for 20+ years now.

I honestly couldn’t tell you where or when I got my wallet.

A true wallet is so faded that you can’t read the brand.

The life of a wallet doesn’t truly begin until it starts tearing at the fold.

They make a tracker card that is like an air tag and compatible with Apple Find My. It's the size shape of a credit card and slides in with the other cards.
It's kind of expensive but you can get it for $29 instead of $45 with purchase of a wallet.

Saddleback. On advice of this board, I got one 12 years ago. Still looks great.

Ridge wallets are the worst.

If you only have cards and a few large bills, they're great for front pocket carry. You forget it's even there.
