End of high school graduation, there was a raffle for one of 3 compaq laptops. Won one with a single ticket and gave it to my sister as I bought one for college already.

It was AL so I just had to go to an FFL, fill out the paperwork and pay the $20 transfer fee.

I won a $6000 mud motor in a free raffle from the manufacturer about 10 years ago. Thought it might be a scam until the motor showed up at my house in a crate.

around $1000 on a $15 bet playing Let It Ride at Coushatta. Hit 4 of a kind plus the bonus bet.
I had been there about 30 mins...won a little on the slots and then that $1000 in the first 3-4 hands.
I got up, went to the buffet and then left. Didn't want to give the money back.
