You need me to negotiate for you.
You should have said, “if it’ll help you out, my man, I will release you from liability for two grand.”

I bought a house to flip that was in bad shape. I placed a for sale sign in the yard and was there assessing what needed to be done first when someone pulled up and made me an "As-is," offer. I made $30k that week...

I got a $30,000 sign on bonus to go work in Foley. I was then highered away 6 months later by another company and I told them I had a sign on bonus to pay off. So I got another sign on bonus for 30k and didn’t have to pay it back.

You are totally missing the point. You are a dickbag. And, aside from missing the point, you missed an opportunity to be a cool person - not your first, I assume.

Not me but my Dad. He got paid $32k when a ROW worker caught one of his oak trees on fire with a stray cig.

When I was in 7th or 8th grade I convinced a 1st grader on the bus that “2”quarters was more than “1” dollar so ever day for a long time we traded snack money.

I’m a wedding ceremony musician. I typically make $350-$500 per ceremony.
I practice twenty minute before I leave for the wedding and work at the wedding for about 45 minutes total including set up.
I don’t really call it any work.

I’ve made six figures on a couple of deals by just being in the right time work-wise at the right place.
And Katrina household-related too personally.
Uncle Sam got his share...
