What's the most expensive house in BR area?

Playing around with Zillow.
It doesn't say the price of it, but I am guessing the Pennington house has to be it.
Any others? AC Lewis house (Dan Heard), Bernhart (spl), Swaggert.

The Pennington house has been on the market for 18 million, highest offer has been around 14. Swaggart is sitting on a prime piece of land, the two houses on it have become irrelevant, would probably bring well over 10 million with or without the houses.

Yeah, no fricking way. I have a background in Construction. If that house COST $30M then 20 of it was land and it's located in South Beahc Miami or Beverly Hills, not Baton Rouge.
Furnishings are not cost of construction items. The value of the home isn't higher because there's a norman Rockwell on the wall
