The problem with the internet is that we can see that Dubai is having a heat wave right now as well. It's all over Dubai weather news.
Also is is 98 degrees and feels like 97 at 12:26a.

fyi, most of the indexes you see that are crazy high are due to a temp sensor receiving sunlight or other extra heat sources.
