I have driven both an M35 and M45 that fast many times. The M35 is scary because the front end starts floating around 110. I'd honestly rather be driving an impala. IMHO, the G35 is only marginally better than the M35 at handling speed because of the small amount of weight over the front end at speed. They are not aerodynamically designed for speed. M45 has more weight, and is more comfortable.

All three burn through rotors when you slow down quickly from that fast. Their brakes suck balls

195 mph on GPS riding my de-restricted and slightly modified 2002 Hayabusa. Been over 150 mph more times than I can count. Lots of people called them 200 mph bikes, but you're not going to see that with a stock motored Busa. .

There are several stock bikes out there today that will do 200+. I've ridden several turbo Busas over the years, but never in a spot where I could open it up enough to break 200. Just getting used to something that wants to stand straight up at 160 and make you wear it like a hat takes some doing.

One day I'm going to have an big bore engine built and take it to something like Maxton or the Texas Mile and go for the double ton.

I went in the high 150s on a R6 with juice. Did not want to go any faster than that. Felt worse than going 150 in a boat

Wasn't driving but went 240KM/HR in Germany while in HS. Dumbass friend was on a side country road between towns and we were drinking that night. That easily couldn't have been the biggest mistake of my life getting in the car with him

Now I won't drive wwith anyone who has a sip as a result

138mph on I-40 in the Mojave in my Mustang. I had just bought it so when it started floating around 130 I decided that was more than fast enough for me.

22 mph on a custom built go cart with a Brigs and Stratton 2.5 hp wheel drive and a closed track at age 10.

6.4 mph on my Husqvarna Lawn Tractor 22 HP Kawasaki with deck disengaged. Last summer.

18 mph on Manning Way at Ole Miss, Campus security clocked. Maybe a month back.

16 mph on Bonita Lake Drive in Meridian. Speed limit was 15 and I got blue lighted by one of Meridian's finest. Last summer. No ticket, just a warning about not wanting to see me running over joggers.

Got pulled over just north of Brent Alabama on highway 5 late one night maybe 10 years ago for going 56 in a 55 zone (his statement when he pulled me over). He held me on the side of the road for maybe 10 minutes and let me go with a warning. Most of the hold time, he spent talking into his radio or propped against his trunk, with his hand close to his sidearm, watching me seated behind the wheel inside my truck.

Fastest ever?

Fast, but slower than most here.

158 in a Lamborghini on my 16th birthday. Doesn't really feel like you're going that fast as compared to 120 in a normal car.

190 something indicated on a 1000rr. No telling what it really was, 180s most likely. No gps on the bike.

Pretty easy to do on I-140 (Pellissippi Speedway) at night in Knoxville.

Was insanely stupid, but I was younger and dumber.

Would really like to get the s1000rr just to break into the 200 club on a track.
