What’s the evolutionary reason for women’s feet not stinking like men’s feet?

It’s kind of strange and doesn’t really serve a clear evolutionary purpose.
Could it be because men were the hunters in prehistoric times and needed more lubrication on their feet when they were chasing after animals? Women would have been staying back with the tribe nurturing the young and the elderly, so maybe they didn’t need the sweat on their feet.
Or maybe it’s not a natural thing but rather a hygiene thing?

Ummmm, as a foot guy (6 out of 10 nowhere near Tarantino levels)…. there’s really no difference honestly. It’s just hygiene, dude. Ran into women that make me literally gag with their foot hygiene.

Exactly. Women’s feet are just as susceptible to odor as ours. As a child of the 80s I learned this from the girl who sat behind me class and liked to take her jelly shoes off to air out her feet everyday.
